Our co-working space is home to more than just the 9-5. Since the start, it has been home to a growing colony of creatives, founders, musicians, strategists, and thinkers. People who grew up here, and people who left the city and brought everything good about it with them.
Flexible Workspaces
We built Where We Create from scratch. Custom desks. Polished concrete. Every socket where you need it, every surface worth working at. Hot desks for the days you need a change of scene. Dedicated workstations for the weeks you need a base.

Communal Kitchen and Dining
Come take a seat at the table - arguably our best meeting space. This is the spot where you can sit, chat, and even join in on one of our famous shared lunches. As for the kitchen, you’ll find whatever fuels you. Proper coffee, tea, real milk, oat milk if you’re that way inclined. Oh, and decaf, obviously.
Somewhere to Take 5
Taking a moment from your desk is vital. The lounge is for the kind of thinking that doesn’t happen at a desk. An informal meeting, reading a chapter or two, or simply spending the afternoon in a new spot.
Call Incoming...
Soundproofed. Private. Ring-lit. Time to lock in. Whether it’s a pitch, a panel interview, or a client call. Free to members, you can book out this purpose-built booth for 30-minute slots at a time.
Minutes From the Sea
Belgrave Promenade, Ilfracombe. The High Street in front. The harbour to the left. The coast path and wild swimming to the right. Here, the deadlines still exist. They’re just a little easier on the eyes. We’ve seen people take cliffside calls and eat lunch with their feet in the ocean.
When the Sun Goes Down
The doors don’t always close when our laptops do. Whether it’s curry nights, Spanish lessons, music nights, or something yet to be planned; we’re always looking for excuses to keep the vibes going.
Built for Everybody
We designed Where We Create for everyone, all on one level, smooth polished concrete surfaces and a wheelchair accessible toilet.
